The couple owned 90% of the Padres and put the team on the block in December. A group agreed to buy the club in February and are paying a reported $500 million over the next five years. Still on the block is a 2006 Gulfstream G550. Asking price: $50 million. The 16-passenger private jet is owned by JMI Services, Moores' private investment firm.

He's now reportedly selling his private Caribbean island: a five-acre tropical playground in Turks and Caicos. The isle includes a nine-bedroom house with tennis court and pool. According to the Wall Street Journal, Blixseth is also entertaining trades.

Edra is hoping to raise cash with the sale of her castle, the Chateau de Farcheville outside of Paris. The medieval castle was built in 1304 and comes with a moat, personal hunting grounds, 15 bedrooms, 1,125 acres of land and a helicopter pad. It's also available for rentals at $24,000 a night.
